Keaton's beginnings in structural engineering are based in design work, but hands-on research has fostered a growing fascination with investigation of structures. He welcomes the complex challenges he encounters in the office or field on a daily basis.
Keaton received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2015, and his M.S. in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017. His graduate research focused on controlling crack widths in bridge decks through field monitoring of newly constructed bridges. Currently, he is pursuing interests in committees for steel and concrete.
Outside of the office, he often finds himself with his wife outdoors either hiking or hunting, tinkering on various projects, or exploring Austin's music scene.
